The Mobile Computing Research Group (MCRG) provides academics with the opportunity to disseminate research findings internationally. Congratulations to one of MCRG members, Dewa Ketut Satriawan Suditresnajaya, for successfully disseminating research findings at the 10th International Conference on Information and Communication Technology for Competitive Strategies (ICTCS-2025). At this international scientific forum, Dewa Ketut Satriawan Suditresnajaya presented a paper entitled “IONIC-Vue Based Mobile Computing System Design for Smart Pole Air Quality Monitoring in Urban Areas.”
This research proposes a mobile computing system that integrates an Internet of Things (IoT) sensor network with a cross-platform mobile application to overcome the limitations of conventional air quality monitoring systems in urban areas. Evaluation results demonstrate advantages in terms of cost-effectiveness, response speed, and user experience, making it a potential sustainable solution for future smart city implementations.
